Project Coordinator - HCAi | OSHPD
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator to support our projects related to Healthcare Access and Information (HCAi) under the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). The ideal candidate will assist in managing project timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations while contributing to the successful delivery of architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Support the development and organization of construction documents
- Ensure compliance with OSHPD requirements and HCAi standards
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to facilitate project progress
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with HCAI and OSHPD processes
- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software
- Understanding of construction documentation and job captain responsibilities
- Knowledge of AIA contract documents and NCARB certification
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
