Compensation: $150,000 $175,000 Bonus = (OTE $175,000 - $200,000)

We're expanding and seeking a Senior Land Surveyor to contribute precision boundary, mapping, and survey projects across residential, public, HOA and utility sectors.
This role is primarily a hands on senior, technical role focused in the trade with the support of senior staff and opportunity to mentor junior surveyors (10%) of
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record boundary, mapping, and survey projects, scanning
- Manage relationships with County Surveyor offices
- Work in both field and office environments - at your preference
- Drive innovation-bring ideas for technology and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of professional surveying experience in CA
- CA PLS license (required)
- Proficiency in: Carlson Survey, Trimble, GPS, GIS, Civil 3D, Lidar, Scanning and interest in Photogrammetry
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
