We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to guide daily operations within a fast-moving manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You will play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes.

 Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support production staff, providing coaching, training, and corrective feedback to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day production workflows to achieve output goals and maintain established process standards.
• Partner with quality, maintenance, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and consistent operational performance.
• Enforce all operating procedures and quality expectations to maintain consistency across manufacturing processes.
• Monitor equipment performance and initiate maintenance or repair actions to prevent downtime.
• Oversee inventory levels for raw materials and packaging to ensure continuous production readiness.
• Promote and uphold all safety, GMP, and food safety requirements while reinforcing a culture of compliance.
• Track production metrics, maintain accurate reports, and present data to leadership for performance evaluation and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen production processes.
• Lead daily floor management meetings and maintain FMDS documentation.
• Work with sanitation leadership to prioritize cleaning needs and enhance sanitation practices.
• Evaluate labor needs and develop staffing plans aligned with production demands.

Experience and Education Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining actively involved in day-to-day tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support employees at all levels.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting demands.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and experience managing conflict effectively.
• Skilled in analyzing data, reporting KPIs, and using Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle software.
• Creative thinker with the ability to implement improvements and drive team-based solutions.
• Minimum 2-4 years of progressive production experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, quality control practices, and production process optimization.
