Position Overview
We build the hardware/software for highly advanced VR flight simulators. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves managing a team, optimizing production efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure the timely completion of production schedules.
• Monitor production metrics and assess workflow efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
• Implement and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to optimize production techniques and processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production lines to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality assurance standards.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Inventor, and Lean Manufacturing practices is a plus.
• Experience with PCB assembly, testing, and mechanical hardware is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
