Production Manager - Industrial Construction Materials Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and develop production staff across shifts to meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining strong safety, quality and performance standards.
• Enforce safety protocols, promoting a safety-first culture, oversee quality controls, and partner with maintenance
• Plan and coordinate production schedulers, allocate labor and materials, manage inventory flow, and adapt plans to changing demand to minimize disruptions.
• Set and monitor production KPIs, prepare operational reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve process reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Construction Materials, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or management within industrial manufacturing for construction materials environments.
