- Manage day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and develop plant staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to meet production targets.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and manage the plant budget, including P&L responsibilities, to ensure financial targets are met.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of machinery to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Implement and oversee training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
