Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Partner to join our prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Employment law, General Liability, and Defense Litigation. This role will involve leading a team of attorneys, managing client relationships, and developing strategic legal solutions that align with our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of attorneys in the Labor and Employment, General Liability, and Defense Litigation practice areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional legal counsel and representation.
- Oversee the preparation of legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence in various cases.
- Strategically advise clients on complex legal issues and risks associated with Labor and Employment matters.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, ensuring the highest standards of legal advocacy.
- Mentor and train junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly.
Qualifications
- Jurisdictional license to practice law and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Labor and Employment, General Liability, and Defense Litigation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex legal cases and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and a strong network within the legal community.
