Paralegal - Personal Injury Plaintiff  Litigation- Hybrid 
Location: New Hyde Park, NY (this is a hybrid position, 3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
Salary: $75K-$90K (salary depends on experience) 

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Personal Injury Litigation team. This hybrid position will involve assisting attorneys in managing personal injury cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for clients and possess a strong understanding of personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is complete and organized.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Assist in trial preparation, including the preparation of exhibits and witness lists.
• Draft and file legal documents with the court.
• Assist in case management and coordinate schedules for court appearances and depositions.

Qualifications

• Plaintiff's side Personal Injury experience .
• Experience Drafting Litigation Documents and Settlement Packages 
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, including Plaintiff, litigation, and relevant procedures.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
