An established firm based in Indianapolis with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with medical malpractice litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.
Offer:Salary range: $120,000-$140,000, contingent on experience

The candidate must have at least two years of experience handling medical malpractice matters.
The candidate must be admitted to the Indiana Bar or eligible for prompt admission.
The candidate must have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
The candidate must be able to manage cases, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a litigation team. Responsibilities:
The Attorney will manage medical malpractice cases from initial investigation through resolution.
The Attorney will conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
The Attorney will participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
The Attorney will analyze medical records and consult with experts to develop case strategy.
The Attorney will communicate with clients regularly and provide clear updates regarding case progress.
The Attorney will ensure adherence to all applicable legal standards and ethical requirements.
