We are currently hiring an experienced Project Executive to provide strategic oversight and leadership across multiple mechanical construction projects. This individual will play a key role in operational excellence, financial performance, client relationships, and long term business growth.

- Provide executive oversight for multiple mechanical construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, financial targets, and client expectations
- Lead project teams in planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout
- Review and approve project level financial forecasts, cost reports, and performance metrics
- Support and guide Project Managers, field leadership, fabrication teams, VDC personnel, and project engineers
- Oversee high level scheduling strategies and ensure coordination across all project stakeholders
- Direct change management efforts, including review of estimates, budgets, and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Negotiate major contracts, change orders, and commercial terms
- Participate in executive level project meetings and represent the company at the highest professional standard
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and emerging leaders within the organization
- Identify risks, resolve escalated issues, and ensure successful delivery of large scale mechanical projects
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical construction, including leadership of large scale or complex projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, manage risk, and drive results
- Strong client facing skills with the ability to build long term relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and guide teams through challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
