Maintenance Supervisor
We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Georiga manufacturing facility. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and building a strong maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment.
You will be responsible for equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and continuous improvement across maintenance operations, working closely with production leadership to minimize downtime and support consistent output.

- Maintain spare parts inventory to support ongoing operations
- Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians
- Provide after-hours and emergency maintenance support as needed
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal policies
- Take full accountability for maintenance performance and results
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational training or a bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in food manufacturing strongly preferred
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisor or maintenance manager role
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, and process controls
- Experience with robotics and automation systems
- Ability to plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work effectively
- Familiarity with ERP systems and maintenance tracking tools
- OSHA 30 training is a plus
- Spanish speaking ability is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
