Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities within the facility. This role ensures that all equipment and systems are functioning effectively, leading a team of maintenance technicians to optimize performance and adhere to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards, including OSHA requirements.
• Manage inventory control for maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance work with minimal disruption to operations.
• Train team members on proper maintenance procedures and safety practices.
• Evaluate and improve maintenance processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and equipment repair.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and industrial machinery maintenance.
• Familiarity with PLC and automation systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and regulations.
• Ability to use CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
