Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring effective training and development of staff.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure production schedules are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
- Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality maintenance services.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions for maintenance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
