Dennen Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to help lead our quality organization as we continue to grow and advance our manufacturing operations.
We're looking for more than someone who can manage quality systems. We want a leader who can develop people, challenge processes, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen the culture of quality throughout our organization.
🎯 What you'll lead:
- Quality management systems and IATF 16949 compliance
- Quality teams supporting our press and coil operations
- Customer quality, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Quality planning, PPAP, audits, and manufacturing process excellence
- Cross-functional collaboration to strengthen performance and customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing quality experience, and a background in metal stamping or related manufacturing operations.
