The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Set up CNC lathe machines for production runs
- Operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards
- Conduct precision measurements using appropriate tools
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Proven experience in lathe operation, preferably with Mori-Seki and Doosan machines
- Strong machining skills with a background as a machinist
- Familiarity with manual machining techniques is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with precision measurement tools and techniques
- Knowledge of tooling, metalworking, and fabrication processes
- Understanding of machining processes and tolerance specifications
- Commitment to safety standards in a manufacturing environment
