We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling personal injury cases, with a focus on providing expert legal representation to plaintiffs. This role involves managing all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations to courtroom trials, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including auto, motorcycle, truck accidents, and premises liability claims.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Manage case files and maintain detailed records of all legal proceedings and communications.
- Engage in pre-litigation negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing parties and insurance companies.
- Prepare and present cases in court, including jury trials, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with clients to gather relevant information and evidence to support their claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or Esquire.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar Association.
- 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a litigation background (trial experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and related legal procedures.
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client representation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong Pay ($140K - $200K) Commission/Bonus
