IP Litigation Attorney
Our client is a top Am law 200 firm, seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience for its national Intellectual Property practice in Washington, DC, Denver, Madison, or Milwaukee. The salary for this position is between $175k to $280k per year.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of litigation experience in patent, trademark, trade secrets, or other IP litigation.
- Some experience in the following: case assessment/investigations; drafting invalidity and infringement claim charts; drafting pleadings and motions; preparing and responding to written discovery; managing complex discovery and negotiations; preparing claim construction briefs and hearing materials; working with experts on reports and testimony; preparing deposition outlines and exhibits.
- Technical or science degree not required.
- Strong academic credentials; excellent communication and writing skills; team focused.
- State bar admission is required.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
