Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (1–5 Years)

Mallery s.c. is hiring an associate attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join our Milwaukee civil litigation practice. This role offers hands-on responsibility and courtroom exposure across a diverse docket, including:
• Commercial property tax appeals
• Business & commercial litigation
• General civil litigation
• Personal injury matters
What you’ll do:
✔ Draft motions, briefs, and discovery
✔ Take depositions and appear in Wisconsin circuit court
✔ Work directly with clients and experienced litigators
✔ Participate in case strategy, trial preparation and trial
What we’re looking for:
▪ 1–5 years of civil litigation experience
▪ Wisconsin bar admission (or ability to obtain)
▪ Strong writing and advocacy skills
▪ Interest in building a long-term litigation practice
Compensation:
💼 Base salary will be commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Benefits include health insurance benefits, PTO, CLE support, and bar dues.
