We support clients facing life changing situations and focus on delivering clear communication, organized case work, and real results.What You Will DoSupport attorneys with case management from intake through resolutionDraft and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondenceManage discovery materials, medical records, and evidence filesCoordinate client communication, scheduling, and case updatesAssist with deposition preparation, hearing preparation, and trial preparationMaintain organized digital and physical case files What We Are Looking For2 Years of experience supporting Litigation- ideally either Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, or Employment Law Strong writing, organization, and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive client matters with professionalismReliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment Offering$60-95k bonus, PTO, Competitive benefits, 401kGreat Culture- We want our employees to WANT to work for us and create the culture to make it happen.
