Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
- Handle any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
- Oversee repair and restoration activities as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and safety
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with reconstruction, repair, and restoration projects
- Familiarity with commercial construction projects is preferred
