Junior Superintendent

• Job Title: Junior Superintendent
• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Salary: $60,000 - 80,000
• Requirements: Superintendent, Restoration, Reconstruction, commercial, multifamly, general construction
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
• Handle any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
• Oversee repair and restoration activities as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and safety
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with reconstruction, repair, and restoration projects
• Familiarity with commercial construction projects is preferred
