We are currently heading up a variety of major Projects and are looking for an experienced interior professional to join the team. You will play a pivotal role in helping grow our business! Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Architect to oversee and manage our smaller architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in architectural design and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to develop project objectives and deliverables.
• Create and review construction documents using Revit and Bluebeam, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards..
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Facilitate communication between clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and project team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Licensed Architect with NCARB certification is a plus
• Proven experience in project management and leading architectural projects, particularly in healthcare, commercial, and manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam software.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and building codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
