- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the healthcare sector, including clinics and hospitals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by utilizing various lead generation techniques.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and participate in trade shows and promotional events.
- Provide clients with product information, service updates, and warranty details to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track customer interactions and sales activities effectively.
- Work closely with the technical support team to address any service or repair inquiries from clients.
- 3 years of sales experience
- Bachelors preferred
- Willingness to travel (25%)
- Proven history of attaining sales goals and knowledge of sales cycles and methods
