Based in the greater Pittsburgh area, we are a leading manufacturer of steam clean generators, tube bundles, packaged water heaters, pressure vessels, and tanks for the plumbing and heating systems and industrial processes. We have been in business for over 90 years and have established ourselves as a reputable and reliable manufacturer. 

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable Technical Support Technician to provide expert assistance and support to our customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical components and systems, with a focus on pressure vessels, HVAC systems, and related equipment. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the functionality of our products through effective troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers regarding OEM products and services
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to pressure vessels, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment
• Assist customers in understanding product specifications, installation, and maintenance procedures
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
• Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for customers on equipment usage and maintenance
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
• Strong knowledge of pressure vessels, HVAC systems, and industrial components
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and components
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and OEM standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or related fields are a plus
