Key Responsibilities
- Conduct geotechnical site investigations and prepare reports.
- Analyze soil properties and behavior for foundation design.
- Develop geotechnical engineering designs and recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project success.
- Perform slope stability analysis and assess risks associated with geotechnical projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.
- Provide guidance on construction materials and techniques related to geotechnical work.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics and foundation design principles.
- Proficient in project management and coordination skills.
- Experience with site investigations and geotechnical testing.
- Familiarity with construction materials and environmental engineering practices.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
