We are a private-equity owned company in the services industry in search of an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager at our local Dallas office. This role will be a full-time, direct-hire position with a hybrid work environment, requiring 3-4 days in the office per week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a similar field
- 7 years of professional financial planning & analysis experience
- Experience with financial planning, financial reporting, financial analysis, data analysis, strategic planning, ROI analysis, risk analysis, budgets, forecasts, conducting presentations to the c-suite team, cross-communication between sales, operations, supply chain, data & IT teams, dashboard building, automated reporting, and more
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in management and leadership roles, managing a team of direct reports, as well as working autonomously
- Experience with providing strong presentations of depicting financial numbers with strategy and influence
- Experience with PE-owned firms
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with various Financial Software or EPM tools such as Hyperion, Adaptive, Planful, Power BI, or similar
