We are a highly respected Connecticut family law firm seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney with 5 years of family law experience to join our growing team.
Our practice is dedicated exclusively to family law, allowing our attorneys to develop deep subject matter expertise while handling some of the most sophisticated and high-stakes matters in the state. We represent clients in complex divorces, high-net-worth marital dissolutions, custody disputes, relocation matters, support issues, post-judgment proceedings, and appeals.

What You'll Do
- Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation, negotiations, and trial preparation
- Appear regularly in Connecticut Family Court
- Advise clients on divorce, custody, support, alimony, property division, and post-judgment issues
- Draft motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and court filings
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex and high-net-worth matters
- Develop case strategy and provide exceptional client service throughout the legal process
What We're Looking For
- Active Connecticut Bar admission
- 5 years of family law litigation experience
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
- Experience handling contested custody, support, and divorce matters
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team
- High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism when working with clients during challenging life events
