We are looking for a Personal Injury Attorney with at least 1 year as a litigation attorney (does not have to be personal injury experience). The applicant must possess strong writing, research, verbal, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency required. Filevine experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, interrogatories, motions, etc.
• Conduct depositions, court hearings, and trial preparation
• Take cases to verdict with lead counsel
• Attend mediations/arbitrations
• Negotiations
• Litigation and pre-litigation case load
• Case management
• Effective client communication

Skills:

• 1 year of litigation experience is required
• Admitted to CT Bar
• Detailed Oriented
• Excellent writer and researcher
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
• Computer literacy
• Outstanding customer service
• Excellent organizational skills
