Excavation Superintendent We are a family owned developer/builder in business for more than 35 years and operating in 6 states along the east coast. We are looking for an construction/excavation manager to oversee projects in the south central PA and Maryland areas. What you will be doingTo provide on-site supervision and coordination for all phases of our townhome construction. As an Construction/Excavation Manager, you are responsible for ensuring team members are operating machine(s) daily in a safe and efficient manner. This position is a crucial member, supporting and setting pace with the crew, ensuring all projects are done safely and to company standards. Leading and training your team members is also a crucial part of success in this position. You must maintain production of the jobs and communicate efficiently with the project managers and directors to ensure work is being done effectively.--This it not just site work.
