We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction and bidding efforts for commercial and multifamily projects in Middle Tennessee. This role will serve as the lead estimator on GMP and hard-bid work, while also supporting conceptual and schematic estimating during early design phases. Projects span multiple delivery methods, including design-build, CM at risk, and lump sum. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead estimating efforts for GMP, hard bids, and conceptual budgets
• Develop detailed estimates from schematic through construction documents
• Analyze drawings, specifications, logistics, and constructability
• Coordinate subcontractor outreach, scope development, bid leveling, and proposal analysis
• Identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
• Support schedule reviews and cost impacts tied to procurement and sequencing
• Mentor junior estimators and support multiple preconstruction efforts

Requirements:

• 7 or more years of estimating experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Proven ability to lead complex estimates at multiple design stages
• Strong understanding of construction methods, bid day strategy, and cost risk
• Experience with MEP coordination, schedule impacts, and subcontractor selection
• Ability to manage multiple bids with competing deadlines
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
