Position Overview
We are seeking Estimator at a few different levels to join our dynamic team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of each project are accounted for. This role plays a crucial part in the bidding process and will involve collaboration with project managers, architects, and clients to assess and analyze project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, including commercial, public works, and retail.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather project details and requirements.
• Review subcontractor quotes and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive bids.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure that all estimates are accurate and submitted on time to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and costs to provide the most accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, particularly in commercial and public works projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
