Estimator - Heavy Civil Construction

 

Our Heavy Civil Estimator will calculate costs for large infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, earthwork) by analyzing plans, performing quantity takeoffs, getting subcontractor bids, and developing comprehensive, competitive proposals, ensuring profitability while collaborating with project teams and managing risks. Key duties involve detailed cost breakdowns, value engineering, site visits, and ensuring compliance with standards, often requiring a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and several years' experience.
