Engineering Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing production schedules, and delivering cost-effective solutions that enhance the overall efficiency of our operations. We're an Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturer and would love to hear from you if interested!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design and implementation of manufacturing processes.
• Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely completion of engineering projects.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Conduct cost estimates for engineering projects and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in engineering management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing best practices.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
