Key Responsibilities
- Conduct geotechnical investigations and site assessments to evaluate geological conditions.
- Analyze soil and rock samples to determine their properties and suitability for construction projects.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to develop solutions for geological challenges in projects.
- Conduct field sampling and testing to gather data for analysis.
- Utilize geospatial analysis and modeling software to visualize geological data.
- Ensure adherence to environmental assessments and regulations during site investigations.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in geotechnical engineering and site investigation.
- Strong knowledge of soil analysis and hydrogeology principles is preferred.
- Familiarity with environmental assessment practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in rock mechanics and groundwater modeling is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
