Electrical Superintendent - Traveling

Join a leading electrical subcontractor recognized for delivering high-performance solutions on some of the most challenging Mission Critical and Industrial projects across the country. We are seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent who brings deep field expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence. In this role, you will oversee on-site electrical operations, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity while traveling to various project locations.

What you will do:

• Lead and supervise on-site electrical crews, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and milestones
• Interpret electrical plans, specifications, and design-build documents to guide field execution
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and enforce company safety standards
• Conduct site walks, quality checks, and progress reviews to ensure work meets specifications
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and general contractors to resolve field issues
• Manage material deliveries, equipment needs, and workforce allocation
• Provide accurate daily reporting, including manpower tracking, progress updates, and site documentation
• Support commissioning, testing, and turnover activities
• Represent the company professionally while traveling to various project sites nationwide

What you need:

• Extensive electrical project experience in either Cold Storage, Food & Beverage or Tilt Wall
• Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to lead field teams on fast-paced, large-scale projects
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, and technical documents
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on long-term assignments away from home
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
