Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Drywall Project Manager to oversee and manage our drywall projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of drywall projects, including planning, execution, and closure
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules
• Supervise and mentor project teams to enhance performance and productivity
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project status and financials

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the drywall or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques, materials, and codes
• Experience with project estimation and budgeting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
