We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems for our manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on safety and quality. The Process Controls Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement control systems for manufacturing processes
- Optimize and validate existing control systems for efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with process engineers to integrate control solutions
- Develop and review schematics and documentation for control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs and vision systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations
- Conduct training for staff on new systems and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and vision systems
- Proficiency in CAD software for designing control systems
- Familiarity with packaging processes and quality standards is a plus!
