Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee our finance department. The Controller will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP standards. This role is crucial in supporting our strategic financial planning and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements
• Coordinate the audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Support financial planning and analysis activities
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of finance and budgeting principles
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• CPA certification is a plus
• Experience in healthcare or hospital finance is preferred
• Proficient in financial planning and analysis tools
• Previous experience with audit processes is advantageous
