Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash balances and maintain the treasury calendar for all debt obligations
- Ensure timely, accurate application of receipts and adherence to internal policies
- Partner with AP, Payroll, and Accounting teams to forecast cash needs
- Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and electronic banking platforms
- Review bank analyses, control costs, and initiate electronic fund transfers
- Maintain and update treasury policies and uphold internal controls
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, analyze variances, and review findings with the CFO and Principals
- Project short-, mid-, and long-term cash requirements
- Oversee tenant security account processing and monthly reconciliations
- Collaborate with A/R and A/P on aging reports and identify opportunities for efficiency
- Support short-term borrowing and repayment activity; partner with IT on treasury systems
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and Legal teams
- Lead and develop team members; ensure training and adherence to policies
- Manage multiple projects, letters of credit, auditor requests, and ad hoc reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- 7 years of experience in cash management, treasury, banking, or accounting within a multi-entity organization
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of data across multiple bank accounts
- Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Salary : $175,000 - $195,000
