Title: Power and Control Systems Engineer 

Location: Hybrid in Chandler, AZ

Compensation: up to 160k DOE

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Control Systems Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial applications, primarily in the water and wastewater sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and a passion for creating efficient and reliable control solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Create electrical diagrams and control panel layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices for optimal system performance.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate control systems with existing infrastructure.
• Prepare and review project documentation including specifications, reports, and manuals.
• Ensure adherence to NEC and safety standards during design and implementation phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in control systems engineering, preferably in the water/wastewater industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for system design and layout.
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI development.
• Knowledge of control network protocols such as Ethernet and ControlNet.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial control standards and practices, including Arc Flash analysis.
