Construction Manager (Owner's Rep) - Miami | $180K-$210K Bonus

A leading Miami-based developer is hiring a Construction Manager (Owner's Representative) to lead a $1B luxury high-rise development-two 69-story towers connected by a sky bridge.

This is a high-impact role requiring both construction leadership and client-facing sophistication. You'll oversee delivery, coordinate with city officials, and work closely with sales teams and buyers on high-end unit customization.

What we're looking for:

• 15 years' experience
• Strong Owner's-side background
• Experience delivering large-scale high-rise or mixed-use projects
• Ability to operate beyond pure construction (stakeholder client interaction)
