Locations: Oklahoma City, OK
Salary: $80K-$120K  Base Bonus (salary depends on experience) 

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee concrete operations on our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of concrete work, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of concrete construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily concrete operations on-site and manage a team of concrete workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all concrete work.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement concrete placement plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
• Assist in resolving any issues or delays that arise during the concrete pouring and finishing process.

Qualifications

•  3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the concrete construction industry.
• Experience with some combination of the following:  cast-in-place, tilt-wall, architectural concrete, mass concrete, site concrete flatwork 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
