Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily concrete operations on-site and manage a team of concrete workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all concrete work.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement concrete placement plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Assist in resolving any issues or delays that arise during the concrete pouring and finishing process.
- Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
