We are a cohesive and collaborative boutique firm corporate law firm looking for a paralegal to join our Newport Beach office.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support our legal team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of legal tasks, including complex litigation matters. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and filings
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
• Assist in the preparation for arbitration and litigation proceedings
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts as required
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Paralegal certification preferred
• 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Experience with complex litigation and arbitration processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
