Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues related to commercial disputes.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to the client's objectives.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and arbitration proceedings.
- Advise clients on legal rights, options, and potential outcomes of their cases.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation.
- Barred in CA
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Proven track record with securities litigation and shareholder disputes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
