Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal - seeking someone with experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing a demanding caseload from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and prepare legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery).
* Conduct legal research and fact investigation.
* Manage case files and coordinate all scheduling (depositions, hearings).
* Assist with trial preparation (exhibits, witness binders).
* Summarize medical records and depositions.
Qualifications:
* Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
* Proven litigation paralegal experience, specifically in personal injury.
* Strong understanding of civil procedure and court rules.
