What you will do

• Lead heavy civil and infrastructure work
• Manage schedule, budget, productivity, quality, and safety
• Supervise field leadership and coordinate subcontractors
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project partners
• Interpret plans, recommend means and methods, and manage change orders

What they are looking for

• 5 years in construction with heavy civil or infrastructure project experience
• Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, budgets, and field operations
• Confident decision-maker willing to travel as needed
