What you will do
- Lead heavy civil and infrastructure work
- Manage schedule, budget, productivity, quality, and safety
- Supervise field leadership and coordinate subcontractors
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project partners
- Interpret plans, recommend means and methods, and manage change orders

- 5 years in construction with heavy civil or infrastructure project experience
- Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, budgets, and field operations
- Confident decision-maker willing to travel as needed
