Civil Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing a wide range of land development projects with a focus on residential subdivisions. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage all aspects of land development projects, including roads, infrastructure, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
• Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Prepare project reports, specifications, and cost estimates
• Use AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS to create engineering designs and models
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) License Preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of Experience in Land Development Projects, with a focus on Residential Subdivisions
• Strong Knowledge of Infrastructure Design, including Roads, Water Distribution Systems, and Sanitary Sewer Design
• Experience in stormwater management and understanding of HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS
