Salary - $75000 - $100,000

Location: Downtown Chicago

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst Payroll to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and optimizing payroll systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain reports to provide insights into payroll performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll
• Collaborate with HRIS and time and attendance systems to streamline payroll processes
• Assist in the implementation and upgrade of payroll systems
• Support stakeholders with payroll-related inquiries and issues
• Provide training and support to staff on payroll processes and systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2 years of experience in payroll or business analysis
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience with HRIS and time and attendance systems
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Strong understanding of financial reporting
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work collaboratively
