ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Briefing Attorney to support our litigation team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled legal writer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume plaintiffs practice focused on wage and hour litigation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft high-quality legal memoranda
• Prepare pleadings, motions, responses, and related filings
• Conduct thorough legal research
• Support litigation strategy through persuasive written advocacy
• Collaborate with trial lawyers on case development and briefing needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal memos, pleadings, and briefs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Experience in wage and hour or employment litigation is helpful but not required

LOCATION

• Houston office welcomed
• Remote considered for attorneys with significant experience and a strong, reliable work history
