We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to support growth across Central Florida. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and supporting preconstruction efforts across commercial construction sectors including industrial, retail, medical, office, and tenant improvements.

The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship oriented, and comfortable working with developers, property managers, architects, and owners to generate new business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Central Florida
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, owners, brokers, and design professionals
• Support preconstruction and estimating teams by sourcing and qualifying leads
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Track opportunities, client interactions, and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and market targeting
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client outreach efforts
• Maintain ongoing relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of business development or sales experience in construction or a related industry
• Strong understanding of commercial construction markets and project types
• Proven ability to build relationships and close opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
• Experience working with developers, brokers, or design teams preferred
