BAS Field Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled BAS Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of Building Automation Systems (BAS) in various projects. This role is crucial for optimizing HVAC systems and ensuring efficient building performance through advanced controls and programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Building Automation Systems (BAS) for HVAC projects.
  • Perform programming and configuration of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.
  • Commission and troubleshoot BAS to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Provide training and support to clients on BAS operation and maintenance.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine system requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installation and commissioning processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience with HVAC controls and Building Automation Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Direct Digital Control (DDC) programming and Automated Logic Controls (ALC).
  • Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
